Inhle expands


Inhle Beverages has recently expanded their warehousing facility by adding two additional warehouses, totalling 6 000 square meters, to the current layout. The addition of the warehouses was partly necessary due to Inhle's 20% increase in production capacity. These warehouses will assist in the planning of production by enabling Inhle to store more materials on site, thereby maximising efficiency on a monthly basis.

   
           

Veldskoen® now at Woolworths

Veldskoen® recently partnered with Woolworths to stock the brand in eight of the top Woolworths stores around South Africa, including Sandton City and Canal Walk, as well as Woolworths online stores.

This is the first non-own-brand shoe brand on Woolies shelves. Woolworths reports that sales are going well and discussions are under way to roll out the brand to more stores around South Africa. Besides Woolworths, Veldskoen® are stocked at 17 independent retailers including Tekkie Town, Outdoor Warehouse and Big Blue.


Performance Brands welcomes OPRO

Performance Brands is excited to announce that they have been awarded the South African distribution rights to OPRO Mouthguards.

Founded more than 20 years ago in the UK by Dr Anthony Lovat, OPRO is the world’s most technically advanced mouthguard company and a leading pioneer in oral protection. The brand already has key partnerships with the UFC, the All Blacks, England Rugby, South African Hockey and the Sharks. Performance Brands will be looking to cement OPRO as the number-one mouthguard brand in South Africa through key retailers such as Sportsmans Warehouse, alongside club and school markets.


Sportsmans Warehouse launches Soccer World

Woodmead marked the location for yet another milestone event on the Sportsmans Warehouse timeline, launching its Soccer World store-in-store concept on 3 August.

Offering a fan and supporter-centric environment, Soccer World forms part of a one-stop destination for everything you need in soccer gear. Fans had the chance to meet their heroes from Orlando Pirates and secure selfies and signatures on the day. Showcasing innovative boot-testing stations, fast-feet and great-spot prizes, the opening cemented Sportsmans Warehouse’s footprint in the soccer retail environment.


Fitch & Leedes goes coral with new Grapefruit Tonic

The new Fitch & Leedes Grapefruit Tonic is on trend with the 2019 Pantone colour of the year, making coral the go-to shade this summer.
